The AVR250 is the natural successor to the welll-established AVR200 five-channel receiver. Benefiting from the development groundwork of the AVR300, the AVR250 has a brand new platform. The most significant difference of the new model is the addition of two extra channels for enhanced surround sound operation.

RADIO INTERFERENCE

The AVR250 is a digital audio device which has been designed to very high standards of electromagnetic compatibility.
The unit can radiate radio frequence (RF) energy. In some cases, this can cause interference with FM and AM radio reception. If this is the case, keep the AVR300 player and its connecting cables as far from the tuner and its aerials as possible. Connecting the AVR300 and the tuner to different mains sockets can also help to reduce interference.
