Consultation
First of all we need to guage an initial idea of your needs and wants. This usaully involves a brief telephone conference, shortly followed by a visit to the site by both the Designer and the Installer. Here we discuss requirements making suggestions as to how the idea might be achieved and perhaps suggesting alternatives. The designer will then build an accurate description of the systems function and performance requirements, and will submit a proposal - usually containing several options to consider. For single room jobs we aim to supply you with your proposal within 24-48
hours of us visiting the site. |

First Fix
With the proposal accepted and final design agreed, a detailed cabling schedule is created. The CEDIA approved technicians will then visit the site to run all cabling relevant to the system and associate electrics (power, lighting, air-conditioning, multi-room cabling, computer network etc). This includes chasing into walls and plastering over, and where required speaker plates and wall-sockets to match the existing decor. Any decoration in the local area is protected during this process with harmless plastic coverings, or where easily possible/necessary removed and stored then replaced when first fix is complete. This includes carpets, flooring etc and we will re-plaster over wall chasings and paint match to finish with paint from your last decoration! |
Second Fix
This stage involves installation of component parts, usually those fixed to floors ceilings rather than free standing components.
This will usually include in-wall/in-ceiling speakers, wall plates and sockets, projection mountings, key pads and sensors, plasma screen wall brackets

Final Fit and Programming
Final Fit begins with installation of the final components and hanging of any plasma/projection equipment etc. The system is then fully configured as per the orignal specification (plus any alterations made during installation) and any control systems or programmable remotes are programmed and configured to the environment. |
Commissioning
Our final visit to the site will be to sign off the project and introduce you to your new system. We offer basic training on operation and maintenance and at this point can deal with any teething problems the installation will invariably suffer! |

And then?
And then you can relax and enjoy your Home Entertainment system! All work carried out is covered by a one year parts and labour gaurantee along with any manufacturer gaurantees supplied with the equipment. You are able to contact your design and install team at any point in the future to discuss possible upgrades to the system, any usability issues you might have, or perhaps to recommend us to all your friends!!! |
