Audio Authority make some of the worlds leading switching and distribution products including the AVATrix 1080p video and 5.1 audio distribution system. They also have a range of intelligent AV switching and distribution, IR switching, signal boosting and video and audio over CAT5.

The basic system offers six zones (plus seventh local, and optional upgrades to 36 rooms) routing from six SD or HD stereo or digital 5.1 audio sources. Each room features a metal faceplate with component video (to 1080p), digital audio, analog audio, UHF aerial, and infra-red connections. This then forms the basis for video routing as controlled by other multiroom control systems.
