This compact but mighty speaker utilizes a full M&K Phase Focused crossover network (the same type found in M&K precision Professional Studio Monitors) to feed its 1" neodymium magnet dome tweeter and 4" cast basket treated paper cone woofer. Whether you orient the speaker horizontally or vertically, it will amaze you with its clarity and definition.

From a stereo satellite/subwoofer system to a full 5.1 (or 7.1) channel surround system, you can use this speaker in any channel (Left, Right, Center, or Surround positions). Another method would be to use the K-5 speakers in the front and the matching K-4 SURROUND Tripole ™ speakers as surrounds.
