With a choice of two floor-standing designs, one bookshelf model, a rear effects and a centre channel speaker for multi-channel hi-fi or home theatre systems. A wide choice for different applications in a variety of room sizes.
HF UNIT
- Double-vented neodymium magnet system ensures smooth and detailed high frequency reproduction without sibilance or harshness by eliminating diaphragm air compression, which causes disturbing audible distortion products.
- Extended wideband frequency response to 50kHz ensures phase linearity within the aural frequency band ensuring optimum time and transient responses.
- 25-micron titanium dome thickness preserves maximum stiffness to mass ratio for extended bandwidth and phase linearity.
- Wide dispersion and linear off-axis time and frequency responses reduce the effects of listening room absorption variations.
- Fully enclosed neodymium magnet provides total magnetic shielding.

- Bass driver
- Cone materials carefully selected from multi fibre paper pulp mixes; chosen for fast, tight, bass with superb transient response and natural, open midrange quality.
- Custom designed high stiffness cast alloy driver chassis provide rigidity and mechanical isolation, ensuring fast transient speed and low colouration.
- Vented suspension exhaust system prevents local air compression within the drive unit motor system to give low distortion and perfect control of the drive unit mechanical Q factor.
- Magnetic system design uses 2 separate magnets and a high permeability local surrounding shielding path.
- Very high level of linear excursion allows increased bass power output with excellent transient behaviour at all power levels.
- Bass drivers braced using the unique Tannoy damped coupling system through to the cabinet mass to control vibration energy.
- Ten screw chassis mountings eliminate vibration and ensure perfect cabinet air sealing.
- Unique copper clad aluminium ribbon wound voice coils provide ultra linear drive, controlled motional impedance, high power handling and maximum sensitivity in the mid-band.

- Unique bi-wire terminal panel incorporates custom WBTTM terminals to eliminate contact conduction distortion.
- Drive unit earthing, or grounding, reduces radio frequency interference within the feed signal and ensures perfect separation between notes, greater transparency and controls sibilance at higher frequencies.
